A crew from Rogers and Dillon Demolition and Excavating in Mayflower is working to tear down the former Department of Higher Education building at 114 E. Capitol Ave. in Little Rock.
The demolition is part of the Little Rock Technology Park Authority development.

Construction on the first phase of the tech park is scheduled for completion in January.
