Asphalt work on a 2-mile section of Interstate 49 in Springdale and Lowell will require overnight lane closings for five days beginning Monday, the Arkansas Department of Transportation said.
The inside lanes of I-49 in both directions between Wagon Wheel Road in Springdale and Arkansas 264 in Lowell will be alternately closed from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. each day through Friday, weather permitting. Traffic will be controlled using traffic barrels and warning signs.
